1. Important Information about This Legal Contract
This Sale Agreement is a legal contract between the Customer and Online Software Store.
The Customer accepts this Sale Agreement by making a purchase, placing an order, or otherwise

"Uandweb Turnkey" or "Site" or "Store" or "we" shall relate to Uandwebturnkey.com web store, and its affiliates.)
The terms and conditions of this Sale Agreement are subject to change without prior notice,
except that the terms and conditions posted on the Site at the time the Customer initially places
or modifies an order will govern the order in question.
2. Basic Conditions of Purchasing on UandwebTurnkey.com Store
a- You are informed that purchased program does not give you the right to resell multi copies of the product.
b- Each program must be installed and used with a online domain name.
c- The domain name not need to be yours, but it must be online at the time you order.
d- If you transfer or sell or trade or give away your ownership for the program to others, you must
- (2cA) Transfer your ownership and make sure the new owner install the program on a online domain name.
- (2cB) Destroy all your copies of this program anywhere on all storage forms
All rights you had to use this program will cease immediately.
e- This law extends to PC and basically anything that consists of copy data for backup purposes.
f- You have no resell rights and no permissions to trade or give multi copies of your product.
g- You will thoroughly follow the downloading and installation instructions include with each download.
i- All products on Uandweb Turnkey store are electonically delivered, you do not receive a copy on disk.
j- UandwebTurnkey support will not assist the Customer with downloading or/and installation or customisation issues.
k- Downloaded programs come with features and/or description as seen on Uandweb Turnkey online store.
If you need customisation or/and add-ons or/and any single modification, please click here and fill our Quote form.
l- We provide 30 days support after the product is ordered only if the code is Not modified at all in any form.
If the code is not original as delivered, charge will apply.
m- Uandweb Turnkey do not allows exchange or refund of the product and/or template ordered.
For a small fee, our web designers can install templates coming with the program or re-design your site.
n- It is your responsability to ask to your host and make sure he got the tools to run the script before you order.
p- If your host doesn't have what the script need, we offer affordable and reliable Hosting Service for a small fee.
q- Uandweb Turnkey will charge fees if the client ask after 30 days of his purchase another copy.
3. Delivery of Software purchased
a- You get your link to download your product via email from uandwebTurnkey.com.
b- After successful order you receive a email within 10 minutes with the link for download your product.
c- This link is valid for 7 days, after this time the link become invalid. Please make sure to backup your product.
d- If after 24 hours you didn't get your link or have difficulties, contact us and we will resend your link.
4. Terms of Service
a- We reserves the right to refuse to sell product or provide service to anyone at its own discretion.
